Cancellation Policy

As of September 2016 we are implementing a cancellation policy in consideration of our clients, this allows for a fair chance at booking for appointments. Please read below for details of our policy. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.


CANCELLATION POLICY GUIDELINES


48 HOUR FULL-FEE CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure availability to all of our clients we kindly ask you to provide us with cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full for their appointment. The 48 hours of notice include only working days, therefore please figure Sundays and Bank Holidays as non-working days.  If you’re unsure of our opening times please check our page. If you book out longer slots of over 2 hours we prefer longer in notice to offer this time to other clients. We have a cancellation list for clients, especially during busy times, this cancellation policy allows for more clients to have their desired treatment. In the rare circumstance that your appointment is cancelled or changed in this notice period by essential therapy clinic the fee will not be charged.


NOTIFICATION

In order to notify us of any changes or cancellations please call the salon on 0116 2849966 and leave a message on the answer machine if we aren’t available. This number is our preferred method of communication, alternatively you can email us.


LATE ARRIVALS

Any delays which cause late arrivals may affect your treatment. Clients are often booked straight after your allotted time and appointments will be fitted to avoid compromising other client’s treatments or leaving another client waiting, yourself included .  Where possible treatment will be continued in the remaining appointment time but for the given price. Our therapists work hard to fit all clients in for their desired treatments to avoid any disappointment.


APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

This kind notice considers that clients receive appointment reminders by text. Please notify us of any phone number changes, providing correct detail allows us to maintain contact easily. Therapists will also write the date and time of your next appointment on a card - with request if not offered.


REGULAR CANCELLATIONS

Clients who regularly cancel or do not show to their appointments may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.


This notice is shown in reception and placed on the website, for any problems regarding our policy please speak to our staff members. Otherwise, this is confirmation of client agreement.We thank you for your kindness in early notification to ensure fairness to all clients.
