Vouchers and Products:

Do you sell gift vouchers and how do I buy them?
We sell our gift vouchers in the salon so you can come in to get one, or call us so we can make them in advance. To learn more see the products and vouchers page.

What products do you offer and how much are they?
To order products come in  to the salon or call us. We are happy to advise you on which products will suit your needs.

How can I decide what voucher to buy for a friend/family member?
If the recipient has been to us before we can let you know what treatments they usually have to help you decide. Alternatively, you can buy a voucher without a specific treatment so they can choose what to pamper themselves with.

How long are the vouchers valid for?
Our vouchers are valid to use for six months unless otherwise specified, however any vouchers for the value of £100+ will be valid for 12 months.

When is reception open? 
Currently 9-1 on Saturday mornings. There are no set times during the week at present though there are therapists around every day, however you can call us and we will arrange for a convenient time for you to come.

Are you open for treatment on weekends or evenings?
Yes. We open on Saturdays and some week evenings.

Where can I park?
We have an off road car park tucked away at the back of the salon for our clients.


Treatment: 

What treatments do you offer and how much are they?
See our treatments page for all our treatments and prices. 
With information on facials, body treatments,  shellac, manicure, and pedicure treatments, hair removal, brow and lash treatments, and complimentary therapies.

How do I book an appointment? 
You can book appointments in salon and over the phone. Outside of hours and when our therapists are in treatment please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will call you back.

I want to cancel or rearrange my appointment, what do I do?
Please call us as far in advance as possible, we will do our best to rearrange a more convenient time for your appointment. If sent to the answer machine please leave your name and treatment time for cancellation and your number if you'd like us to call you back to rearrange.

How do I remove my shellac?
See our tips page or book in for a shellac soak off.

What do I do if my shellac chips?
If your shellac chips or comes off within two weeks of your appointment call us to book straight in and we will rectify the problem for free.

I want my first (or first with you) eyebrow/eye lash tint do I need a patch test?
Yes. Even if you have recently had one elsewhere you need a tint test at least 24 hours before your treatment to test for allergy. It doesn't take long to apply the tint, call us to arrange a suitable time.


Payment:

Do you accept credit/debit card?
Yes. We have a card machine for payments, or you can choose to pay with cash. Alternatively you can pay with any valid vouchers.

Do I pay on the day?
Unless we direct otherwise you'll pay at reception after your treatment, you can pay in advance if you wish. Many people take this option when booking an appointment for a friend or family member.
